Ms. Needham is passionate about removing chaos from the enterprise through working with people, process and technology. Her academic training and practical experience enable her to help senior executives, managers, sales people and recruiters reach their maximum potential.

Marlo enjoyed a successful career with several fortune 1000 firms. She was successful holding positions as Corporate Recruiter, Agency Recruiter, Director of Staffing & Recruiting and Operations Manager. Marlo was instrumental in making Incite Search a solid recruiting practice.
